Opieko's commission is added on top of the caregiver's rate — no deductions, no subscriptions, no hidden fees.
Caregiver
You set your rate. You receive your rate in full — our commission (15%) is added to the client's total, not deducted from yours.
Client
You pay the caregiver's rate plus Opieko's commission (15%).

What we don't charge for
- No subscription — caregiver and client accounts are free.
- No fee for publishing or keeping a listing live.
- No fee for registration or document verification.
- Tpay's payment-processing cost is absorbed by Opieko's commission — it never reduces the caregiver's rate.
Withdrawing your money
Opieko takes nothing from your rate — you receive 100% of it. Funds settle into your Tpay merchant account, and transfers from that account to a personal bank account are governed by Tpay's own terms — including any monthly limit on free payouts. Tpay sets its own schedule and conditions for these transfers; check your Tpay panel and the fee table below for the exact rules and timing.
When we charge commission
Commission applies only to a paid visit. If a booking falls through or is cancelled before payment, Opieko charges nothing.
