For caregivers

Work as a caregiver on your own terms

You set your rate and schedule. The client pays your rate plus Opieko's commission (15%), so your rate stays untouched.

Opieko currently operates in Kępno and the surrounding area — roughly 20 km.

Getting started

How much you earn

Our commission is added on top, never deducted from your rate. Set 50 PLN/h — receive 50 PLN/h. Agencies in Poland do the opposite. You keep 100% of your rate — Opieko takes nothing from it; Tpay, our payment operator, sets its own terms and any fees for withdrawing to your bank account.

Who this is for

When you register you choose a legal tier: Business — if you run a registered business, or Private individual — if you file on your own. Both tiers can offer any of the professions below.

Paramedic

List visits that call for paramedic-level qualifications — you decide the scope in your own profile.

Nurse

Run nursing visits on terms you define in your listing.

Physiotherapist

Book physiotherapy sessions at the times and prices you choose.

Elderly caregiver

Support seniors with everyday tasks — you and the client agree the scope of each visit together.

Medical caregiver

Offer care that combines everyday support with basic nursing-adjacent tasks, at a scope you set in your own listing.

Doctor

List consultations in line with your professional licence.

Getting started

  1. Create an account

Sign up as a caregiver and choose a legal tier — Business or Private individual.

  2. Complete your profile

Add your qualifications, a liability-insurance declaration and a service listing with your own rate.

  3. Pass verification

Wait for Opieko to review your documents and complete Tpay's identity verification (KYC), required for payouts.

  4. Start taking bookings

Once verified, your profile becomes visible to clients in your area.

Verification and safety

Before your listing goes live, Opieko reviews your submitted documents and qualifications, and Tpay runs the identity verification (KYC) payouts require. This is an administrative review, not a guarantee of how many bookings you will get.

FAQ

Do I set my own rate? +

Yes — you decide the price for every service. The client pays your rate plus Opieko's commission, so your rate stays untouched.

When do I get paid? +

Once a visit is completed and paid, funds move to your Tpay account on Tpay's own payout schedule — check your Tpay panel for the exact timing.

What documents do I need to submit? +

Depending on your legal tier: business details (Business) or personal details (Private individual), proof of qualifications, and a liability-insurance declaration.

How does tax reporting work? +

Opieko reports platform income under the EU DAC7 directive. Filing your own taxes stays your responsibility — talk to an accountant.

Do I need liability insurance? +

Yes — publishing a listing requires declaring that you hold liability insurance covering the services you offer.

What if I need to cancel a confirmed visit? +

Cancel it in the app as soon as you can — the client is notified immediately.
